Overlord II given solid date, coming late June worldwide

Codemasters have done some confirming to confirm that Overlord II will be hitting the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC simultaneously at the end of June – Americans will get it June 23rd, Europeans will get it June 26th. Confirmed!

The Overlord series is best described as Pikmin gone batshit insane, with an evil master ordering around sets of destructive minions to do his bidding.

The game is a follow-up to Overlord, which Codies release mid- 2007. It is boasted that Overlord II “massively increases the scope of the original concept”. One example of this is much improved minion AI.
