Oh my god! Ubi have delayed South Park. You bastards!
South Park was supposed to come out December 10th, and we were all supposed to have a Happy Christmas – even Jews like Kyle. Everyone is sad now, and Satan won, as the game has been delayed to March 4th – the same month as Dark Soul II, Titanfall, and something called Atelier Escha & Logy: Alchemists of the Dusk Sky… what?
The delay comes hot of the heels of a previous delay and a change in publisher. In fact the game was originly supposed to come early 2013, so we are now almost a whole year in waiting for its eventual release.
“We always wanted the game to feel like you’re actually in an episode of South Park,” said Matt Stone and Trey Parker (presumably in unison). “Getting the game up to the crappy standards of the show has been a real challenge and we’re excited to say it’s taken way longer than we thought it would.”
DarkZero reached out to Kenny McCormick for a comment on the delay “Mmmmf mmmf mmmmmf mmmmmmm mmmmf mmmmf mmmmmmmmf mmmf,” he said (via Skype).
