Nickelback bloke not happy with rhythm games

Chad Kroeger, the lead singer of Canadian rock group Nickelback has voiced his disapproval of rhythm games, commenting that game like Guitar Hero are the sole reason to blame for the lack of new bands in the US. He says that people are now increasingly choosing to play music titles rather than learning to play real instruments.
“II feel like there’s not enough rock bands out there, especially when we go on the road,” he said. “It’s tough to find other bands out there, because either they’re making a record, or they just got done touring,” said Kroeger on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, which is kinda like Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, but not as suspended
“ISo kids, start rock bands, Set down the Guitar Hero, learn how to play an actual guitar and start a band, because it’s hard to find more bands to put a solid rock and roll package together, to get out there.”
“It’s getting harder and harder, but I think we’ve done it,” remarks Chad.
We still like Canada, but this guy is making it hard. Please disown him or something!

Bet he wouldn’t be as pissed off if Rock Band / Guitar Hero had Nickleback DLC and he was raking in the royalties from it?! Shut up and get your Jesus-Hair cut you wining git! While you’re at it, write some more songs that DON’T sound like your first album!

to be honest I think a more pressing concern for him should be to get some goddamn talent

indeed, his band is pretty dire.
I mean the foo fighters are the definition of a generic rock band too, but at least they are talented.
Funny tho, my mates all love his voice (which grates on me) and hate Stereophonics singers voice, who have about 5 times more talent that these guys.
