New Rygar Game Coming To Wii

At a recent press conference held in Japan Tecmo have announced that the old NES classic Rygar – which recently got an outing on PS2 a few years ago – will be getting released on Wii in the future. The announcement was made from Mr. Kikuchi from High Energy Production who introduced the audience to the game as he proclaimed “now, I’d like to try a new challenge this year.”

Recent titles was produced by Kikuchi were golf and horse racing games and so this is really something new for him – he did how ever have a hand in Fatale Frame (Project Zero) so there is some hope! IGN report that the game will be set in the Rygar universe but will contain new hero, new enemies, a selection of new NPS’s and swing action controllers for the much loved Diskarmor!
