New multi-game bundle this Xmas for Wii, no price cut likely

Were you expecting a Wii price-cut this Christmas? Well, that now seems unlikely as word is coming out that Nintendo are planning a new bundle instead. It is said, although not official at the moment,  the new bundle will replace the current one incorporating Wii Sports.

The new bundle will instead include the console, a Wiimote, one nunchuck controller, the new-fangled MotionPlus peripheral, and copies of both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort.

If released this bundle is expected to stay at the current RRP of £199.99, and instead entice new customers with the supposed extra value of the games and peripherals added in.
