If you are not keeping up to date, then we’ll remind you that Lode Runner debuted on XBLA yesterday. At launch it was priced at a rather nice 800MP. However, over the course of the last few hours, after the game was available for less than a day at that price, Microsoft have raised the price to 1200MP.

It is obvious Microsoft initially made a mistake with their pricing, and have now fixed it. But nevertheless it is not all that nice to see the game getting a price bump is so short of a time.

Lode Runner is an enhanced remake of a retro game from mid-1983 of the same name. The game was previously released on the Apple II Atari 8-bit, the Commodore 64, MSX ,Atari ST, Sinclair Spectrum 48K/128K, NES, Windows 3.1, Macintosh, and the original Game Boy.
