Mass Effect 2 touted as a “multiple platform” game by EA

With loads of gaming info coming out of EA’s recent earnings report, coupled with a recent conference call to investors, yet another nugget has hit the Internet.

This time Edge report that during said conference call they noticed that EA’s CEO John Riccitiello referred to Mass Effect 2 as a game which “BioWare will release Mass Effect 2 on multiple platforms.”

This wording obviosuly hints strongly that Riccitiello let slip that the game could also be coming to Playstation 3, as well as Xbox 360 this time.

However, with the original hitting both Xbox 360 and PC, Riccitiello definition of “multiple platforms” could indeed mean the game will just release on both of those platform once again, so PS3 only owners will likely have to wait for a tad more confermation before getting too excited
