Deadbread Moba

Just Cause dev is doing a MOBA that’s nothing like Just Cause

DOTA, League of Legends, and the ever growing number of other MOBA games are not for everyone, but it is an interesting genre. Now another game is on the way. It’s called Deadbreed, and it’s from the lead developer of Just Cause – Stefan Ljungqvist

The game will boast tactical 3vs3 battles – which is a bit less than usual. Like other MOBAs, you choose your hero from a wide range of options, with each hero having its own unique set of special abilities. However, the heroes of Deadbreed can play differently depending on the way you equip them!

Heroes can level up with matches – and not reset at the start of every match. As you level up, you can unlock upgrades for your chosen hero to take into future matche.

If you think I am speaking nonsense, there is an a trailer that explains things better if you scroll down.

I wanted to play a MOBA where I could totally customize how my hero looked and, more importantly played, but I couldn’t find one,” comments Ljungquist. “Talking to friends, I realized I wasn’t the only one wanting this, so we decided to make it. Also, this was our chance to make a darker themed MOBA for hardcore gamers like ourselves and bring in some additional RPG gameplay features.

Beta sign-ups are now being accepted on the official website from today if you are down with this sorta thing. The game is also votable on Steam Greenlight too.
