Capcom announced Lost Planet 2 via an exclusive Xbox LIVE trailer, earlier this week. It was a strange way to reveal a game that everyone assumed would be multi-platform, after Capcom stated last year that “All major titles launched during the next fiscal year or thereafter will be developed as multi-platform games.”

Now Capcom have released the first official information about Lost Planet 2 since that inital trailer, and there is only mention of an Xbox 360 version of the game. Also the upcoming issue of leading Japanese games mag Famitsu has a huge preview of the title which only mentions Xbox 360 too. Perhaps tellingly, exclusivity is not mentioned. Could this mean that LP2 will be a timed exclusive?
