Guitar Hero Wii Kinda Announced

During the announcement of financial results early today – which is usually a very boring thing – Activision big-wigs have revealed that they are set to increase the company’s support for both Wii and DS – AKA they now see the platforms as a chance to make themselves so money. As a result of this many of their top franchises, including Call of Duty, Tony Hawk, Transformers and something called Guitar Hero could be making their way to either a Wii or a DS.

We say ‘could’ as Activision stopped short of actually announcing any games and instead just said they would aggressively target the Nintendo platforms and “will be focusing on our most successful franchises–Call of Duty, Tony Hawk, and Guitar Hero.”
