Guillermo del Toro’s InSane canceled by THQ

Well, it’s easy to say we saw this one coming. THQ formally announced in an earnings call today that it has stopped production on del Toro’s InSane, a title that was first announced at the Spike Game Awards earlier this year. The company has been facing financial difficulty lately, but we’d hoped del Toro’s title would help the company regain whatever footing it had lost in the gaming market. However, this latest cancellation doesn’t bode well for the company’s future. We hope everything is well behind closed doors, and wish THQ and del Toro the best in finding a new home for the title.
