GT5 Prologue late to arrive on PSN

latepsn_news.jpg

As you may have read on our Worldwide Update List, GT5 Prologue was supposed to go up on the PlayStation Store yesterday (March 27th) in Europe as part or the regular Thursday updates. However, the update did not make it our yesterday, and those waking up this morning and checking the store will once again find nothing new has appeared what so ever. In fact, it for the first time in months and months the store has not seen its weekly update arrive on time.

We’d really like to give you a reason as to why Sony has dropped the ball on such a big game, once which was supposed to push the downloadable part of their business, but unfortunately we can’t as Sony have not given fans an update on any of there official sites, and have not even released any sort of statement to explain themselves. We are sure there is some valid reason behind the delay, but to leave people in the dark is not all that nice of Sony.

However, if you are still looking forward to GT5 Prologue we will however remind you that it would be much cheaper to buy a store bought copy of the game.

Ain’t it great to live in the UK?! We get to pay more for stuff that arrives later than the rest of the world! Rule Britannia! I’ll get GT5P on disc anyway I reckon.. I like the knowledge that I’ve got a physical media to fall back on if my machine/HDD goes belly up…. I’m old fashioned in that way! :p
