PS3 owners will not get anything, as Microsoft have paid Bethesda some money to make your life hell. The pack will cost 800 Microsoft Points.
In conjunction with the DLC announcement, a patch has been released ,which fixes some bugs with the game. You can find a full list of updates over on the official Fallout 3 site, which cover all three version of the game, so read them with your eyes now.

Well, I’ve played about 40 hours of this game now and just experienced my second bug. The first one was when the game crashed as I got a critical hit on an enemy’s head with the Railway Rifle, which is something they’ve apparently fixed with this patch.
The second one was within a quest, when killing a certain character didn’t register. Luckily, that particular quest has an alternative (but much longer) route to completion that I am currently attempting. Strangely enough, this alternative actually turned out to be more entertaining and beneficial. So this particular bug was actually helpful…
