Extras Series 1 DVD Coming In October

Universal Pictures have scheduled the UK Region 2 DVD release of Extras The Complete First Series for 31st October 2005 priced at £21.99. From Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant comes Extras in which Gervais stars as Andy Millman, a hapless extra who dreams of one day forging a serious acting career out of the dying embers of his middle-aged life – an ambition that becomes ever the more tantalising as he works as a “supporting artiste” alongside the likes of Ben Stiller, Ross Kemp, Kate Winslet, Les Dennis, Samuel L. Jackson and Patrick Stewart.

All six episodes are included on this two-disc set with the following features
