Euro WiiWare launch line-up revealed

Yes, it is finally coming, WiiWare will be hitting Europe next week on Monday 20th. As we march forward towards that date Nintendo has announced the list of games that will make up the Euro launch line-up.

At first glance the line-up looks a bit better than the US one, as we are getting eight games, and they got six. We are also getting Dr. Mario, a game which they missed out on. However, on the other hand Defend your Castle seems to be missing from our line-up, which is a bit disappointing.

Regretfully, Nintendo did not reveal the Euro price of the games in their announcement. However, it is highly likely they will be the same as other territories, so we included the Wii Point cost of the ones we already know. The full list is as follows:

• Dr. Mario & Germ Buster (by Nintendo) - 1000 Wii Points
• Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (by Square Enix) - 1500 Wii Points
• LostWinds (by Frontier) - 1000 Wii Points
• Pop (by Nnooo) - 700 Wii Points
• Star Soldier R (by Hudson) - 800 Wii Points
• TV Show King (by Gameloft) - 1000 Wii Points
• Pirates: The Key of Dreams (by Oxygen)
• Toki Tori (by Two Tribes)

WiiWare has already made an appearance in Japan, and went live in the US a few days ago on 12th May.
