Early Trico footage shows awesome giant flying rat thing

Very early Trico footage, that was shown behind closed doors sometime last year, has made an appearance for all to see as we march towards E3.

The footage is not supposed to be a scene from the upcoming title, but rather a test as to the direction Team Ico want to take the game. As such, multiple facets of the game could have changed by now. We hope the giant ratbird colossus stays though, as he looks like an amazing companion!

Trico, although that is not likely to be the games official name when released, will be the follow up to the 2001 PS2 release Ico, and the and Shadow of the Colossus from 2006 – which were both a bit awesome.
