Dead Rising coming to Wii

The latest issue of Famitu has revealed that Dead Rising, a game which Capcom first released in 2006 for 360 will be coming to Wii. The game is all about photojournalist, a shopping mall, zombies, survivors, and crazed psychopaths. This lead us to praise the game during the original 360 release.

Unfortunately, no details were revealed for the game, and it is not known if it will be a spin-off, remake, or full-fledged sequel. We are going to opt for spin-off right now, although we have no reason for that other simple guess. We’ll be sure to remind you if we are correct though in the future.

  1. It seems like the wii is getting all the old zombie games.first resident evil 4 then resident evil chronics and now this.

  2. If they keep selling a one million + copys for each one of this games, I think it will keep coming back, (hughe numbers for a rehersal if you ask me, almost came close to the original release)

If they keep this up it could end up also being made for the PS3. Now that would be a nice suprse

  4. actually i cant see this going on to the PS3, too much hassle to turn it HD besides PS3 controls would screw up the game so it would suck if they did

  5. how is umbrella chronicles an “old zombie game”? its exclusive for the wii and only came out for the wii so check your facts before you post

  6. Jack, please apologise to jack. And jack could you also not be rude to Jack. Can’t you Jacks and jacks just get along? We don’t want a jackfight in here. And no jacking-off over Dead Rising Wii either!

  7. Hey, good to get some wii owners content that theyve been angry about, cause theyve been to a friends house and smashed some zombie heads in a mall…. on a 360. But these poor people can only afford a wii. Thats me. Im smiling :)

Lets hope its a not a crappy port though
