Codies promise Formula 1 game info coming soonish

There has not been much official news about Codemaster’s F1 game since they first announced they got access to the Formula 1 licence back in May 2008. However, it seems this is set to change over the course of this week, with a Codemasters’ Community Manager promising fans of the still mysterious game that big things are on the way.

“Just wanted to give you guys/gals on the forum a heads-up that we are going to be making an F1 announcement very soon, and that you should keep an eye on these forums and the internet gaming press over the coming few days,” comments Ian ‘Helios’ Webster, Community Manager for Codemasters, of the company’s official forums.

“We’re aware that there has been a lot of speculation recently regarding the release dates and also the platforms for the upcoming F1 game, and this announcement should clear things up for you all.“
