Big Changes For Heavenly Sword 2?

According to Kotaku Ninja Theory could be planning very big changes for Heavenly Sword 2. The possible changes all seem to be due to the poor sales of the original, due to the title not been able to find an audience. Reporting news from a tipster the site comments a focus group was apparently held in Chicago not to long ago where questions were asked about Heavenly Sword 2, along with similar games such as Prince of Persia, God of War, Ninja Gaiden, and how players enjoyed different facets of each of those games.

Further on in the meeting a questionnaire was handed out asking opinions on a number different things. In it questions such as would you like if HS2 took place 10 years after the events of the original, and would you like the main character to be male, or perhaps a more mature version of Kai were asked. New gameplay ideas were posed too, such as giving players the option to scroll through weapons using the analog stick, having more interaction with the environment, and if they would like to have access to the Heavenly Sword from the start of the game.
