Batman: Arkham Knight PC Patch Released

If you were unaware a patch for the incredibly flawed PC version of Arkham Knight was leaked yesterday, but the developers pulled the patch before many people could download it. However, they have since officially rereleased what is known as the “interim” patch, but it’s only available to those who already own the game, as for everyone else the Arkham Knight remains off sale. Here’s what the patch notes say it fixed: Reduced frame-rated hitches, optimisations for system memory and VRAM usage, improved performance on all GPUs, more comprehensive in game settings, fixed low resolution texture bugs and fixed hitches when running on mechanical hard drives.

POW!

POW!

All of the above means that PC players should be able to experience the smooth animations that the Arkham games are known for as they fight off waves of bad guys and drift around corners in the Batmobile. The game’s developers aren’t stopping there and plan to bring PC players more updates as soon as they can. Currently they’re working on patching the following: Adding support for SLI and Crossfire, adding support for the latest DLC and season pass content, photo mode and continued improvements for both Windows 7 and Windows 10 specific issues.
