Angel to be cancelled

Earlier today, an announcement was made to the cast and crew at The WB’s “Angel” that this season, the show’s fifth, would be its last.

Sadly, no other news has some out to the reason, to why it has been cancelled. It is known that the previous season (season 4) saw a drop in ratings but this season the ratings have been on a steady rise. It is good news to see that the series will go out on a high, but it is also disappointing for fans who will now be left with a void where their favourite show was.
