Acclaim Officially Relaunches

Following up on earlier reports on the revival of the publisher Acclaim began to surface a few months ago, the new company with the older name has now officially announced its new presence today with its brand new web site.

The new company, based in Los Angeles, is only taking the name and logo of the New York based publisher that went bankrupt in 2004 and will be bringing in Asian multiplayer games to the US market, beginning with the robot themed action game BOTS which is now taking registrations for beta testing the game that will launch later this year.
