A 40gig PS3 can clean itself

It seems that someone has found a quick and easy way to initiate a fan test on the PS3. Of course, when you are basking in the glory of fan testing you will also be blowing away loads of unwanted dust that as accumulated inside your PS3, so you are in effect helping to clean the PS3′s inside components too.

Unfortunately the test has been found only to work the 40 gig models of the consoles. So, owners of other versions will have to leave there PS3’s to wallow in lung damaging conditions.
