Atari Classics Evolved PSP Bound

Atari have announced that this autumn they are set to bring the 70s and 90s back to life by bringing a compilation of their old classic games to PSP, the pack will be called Atari Classics Evolved. As the name implies the UMD will contain a collection of Atari classics from yesteryear such as Asteroids, Asteroids Deluxe, Battlezone, Centipede, Lunar Lander, Millipede, Missile Command, Super Breakout, Tempest, Warlords and Pong.

“We are looking forward to providing gamers with the experience of the iconic Atari catalogue on a handheld platform,” said Matt Rush, Producer at Atari. “Offering these Atari classics in both their elemental and contemporary forms should excite both old-school and next-generation gamers alike.“
